I love spicy mayo as a dip or sauce served with food. What I don’t like are the calories that mayonnaise brings. So I decided to try to cut some of the calories down. Here is my attempt:
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
chili paste (sambal oelek) or sauce of your choice, to your taste
1/2 tsp sugar, optional
Mix all ingredients together and voila, it is ready!
