This is chicken wings I made for the first time a few weeks ago and they were yummy. In the past I have mostly made chicken wings on the grill or barbecue. These are deep fried. Who said the wings were healthy? But everything in moderation is OK in my books. Serve these with your favourite sauce.
Garlic paste or powder
Oil for frying
Marinade the wings with salt, pepper, garlic and chili. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
Mix flour, corn starch, salt, pepper and chili.
Coat each wing lightly with the flour mixture and deep fry in oil.
